Cellcomm CT-3004EMG used for security guarding applications:

Using a standard Dallas Tag reader as an input device the Cellcomm CT-3004EMG is an entirely self contained system for use in a time and attendance type environment.

The system uses the new Cellcomm CT-3004PM module with self contained GSM engine on-board as pictured below, as is supplied complete in an IP-65 enclosure, battery & charger, antenna and Dallas tag reader.

Upon arrival at the premises the guard presents his own unique tag to the Cellcomm reader and the high security 64-bit serial number is read off the tag and stored in internal memory with a time and date stamp.

The base station, running our own unique software, can automatically , or upon request, dial out using Cellcomm CT-3004B base station, on a GSM based data link, to the remote site where the Cellcomm unit is located to upload all the recorded staff movements.

The tag reader indicates to the guard whether he is being recorded as "clocking- in" or "clocking-out" by means of two high bright LED's.

The basic unit allows for 10 guards to be active on the one site at any time.  The larger units can record up to 100 guards at the same time.

Data is stored in the base station PC as a database file that can be interpreted for later analysis using filters, with staff employee numbers or names, using Microsoft Excel.

Two inputs on the device allow for (1) a "panic" button for emergency calling use only and (2) a "call-me back" button used to alert the base station controller that this site needs to be contacted for a normal admin query.
